Lodge Eastern Star No. 17, Bombay celebrated its centenary graced by MW Bro. Bhogilal C. Shah MW The Grand Master.


January 20

Grand Festival of GLI held at Bombay presided over by MW Bro. Bhogilal C. Shah MW The Grand Master.


March 7

Consecration of Lodge Lions of Eastern India No. 182 at Calcutta by MW Bro. Bhogilal C. Shah MW The Grand Master.


March 17

Consecration of Lodge Cherian No. 183 Bombay by MW Bro.Bhogilal C. Shah MW The Grand Master at Raj Bhawan, Bombay.


April 1

Special meeting of Lodge Shyam Kinkor No. 7712 EC on 16.3.68 resolved to join the GLI. The action was confirmed by the United Grand Lodge of England on 29.3.68 A new warrant was issued on 1.4.68 and the new Lodge was re-numbered as No. 174 GLI.


June 3

Consecration of Lodge Manockjee Cursetjee No. 185 at Bombay by MW Bro. Bhogilal C. Shah MW The Grand Master.


July 27

R.W. Bro. Prof. M.S. Thacker, Deputy Grand Master was elected as M.W. the Grand Master at the Regular communication of the Grand Lodge of India held at Calcutta presided over by MW Bro. Bhogilal C.Shah MW The Grand Master.


August 17

Consecration of Lodge Coromandel No. 186 at Visakhapatnam by MW Bro. Bhogilal C. Shah MW The Grand Master.


November 9

Consecration of Lodge Noshir Chenoy No. 187 at Secunderabad by MW Bro. Bhogilal C. Shah MW The Grand Master.

The Lodge system of Masonic Education compiled by R.W., Bro. Dr. Rustom S. Davar, P.Dy. G.M. was released by MW Bro. Bhogilal C. Shah MW The Grand Master.
